One of our client need INstument Engineer / Technician for their plant maintenace work.
The Job description for the different positions are given below:
Job description for “INSTRUMENT ENGINEER”
• Must have minimum 8 years’ experience in Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Instruments – Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow transmitters, Vibration sensors and monitors, Analyzers (Water quality and Gas emission), Pressure- Temperature- Level-Flow- limit Switches in continuous process plants (preferably Power Plants).
• “Must be familiar with service and maintenance of I&C devices like solenoid valves, control valves, valve positioners, I/P convertors, pressure regulators etc.”
• Good knowledge in CMMS (preferably Maximo)
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Spare parts management and ensuring the availability of the minimum quantity of spares
• Support the planner in the development of the maintenance plan
• Investigate failure and find out the root cause of failure
• Managing a team of skilled technicians and contractors
• Preparation of reports
• Should possess good interpersonal skills
Job description for “INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN”
• Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in Installation, Commissioning, Calibration, Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Instruments – Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow transmitters, Vibration sensors and monitors, Analyzers (Water quality and Gas emission), Pressure- Temperature- Level-Flow- limit Switches in continuous process plants (preferably Power Plants).

• Skilled in instrument air, impulse line tubing
• Working knowledge in CMMS (preferably Maximo)
