Kids Magazine Sales Support Coordinator
We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Planetkids gallery kids Magazine’s team and work on the market leading magazines in the country on a fixed term basis. As the engine behind the sales machine, you’ll be making sure sales activities are fully supported, meaning they can be out there doing what they do best, selling!
Day to day, you’ll be focused on:
• Providing sales support for both internal, outdoor sales staff across the country and external customers
• Accurate scheduling of advertising bookings in our dedicated system
• Contacting customers for their content and organising proofs until final approval is received
• Responding to enquiries from customers around invoicing, subscriptions, and advertising
• Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

• Highly organised and able to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a close planetkids gallery team
• Proactive and intuitive
