Property Consultant Required (Dubai)

We are looking for experienced property advsior/ real estate agents to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
•Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
•Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
•Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
•Display and market real property to possible buyers
•Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
•Manage property listing
•Maintain and update listings of available properties
•Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and others.
•Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Intelligently consulting on various real estate projects
• Accompanying clients to on site project launches
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson in UAE
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Fluency in Arabic and other foreign languages will be an added advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
• Must have Dubai experienced
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have valid UAE Driving license
• Understanding of the UAE property market
• Polished appearance
