URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR ELEVATOR / LIFT TECHNICIANS FOR A FACILITY MANAGEMENT (Al Ain)

Qualification: Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Elevator/Lift and Electrical Maintenance Candidate must have diploma in the respective field either (Electrical or Mechanical) Language: Fluent in English, knowing Arabic will be advantage Having UAE Driving license will be advantage Salary: AED2,500/month, Accommodation is provided
Job Summary • Assemble, Install and/or repair escalator and elevator/lift doors, cables, motors, and control systems • Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications • Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors • Comply with safety regulations and building codes, and complete service reports verifying conformance to standards. • Should also adjust counterweights, doors mechanisms and safety controls of escalators and elevators. • Identify malfunctions in brakes, motors, switches and control systems • Experienced in cladding • Maintain mechanical equipment. • Prepare operational reports.
