We’re looking for a Customer Services Executive cum Tele caller / Supervisor for a dynamic company in Dubai. Asian nationality
customer service executive to come on board who is very proficient in written and spoken English and ready to learn lots and through themselves into the team.
Customer services tasks will include:
– Providing help and advice to customers on the phone and via email.
– Investigating and solving customers’ problems.
– Handling customer complaints
– Issuing refunds or compensation to customers;
– Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
– Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department;
