MEP QS Fit Out (Dubai)

Position: MEP QS Fit Out Qualifications: • Responsible for creating BOQ estimates based on sets drawing and further prepare a detailed budget for the same. • Ability to do market analysis in order to know the current rates of the materials before floating tender and inviting quotations. • Monitoring Contractors cost control procedures through the Design Phase, Construction Phase, Final Account & Defects Maintenance Phase • Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation and own the negotiations with vendors. • Preparing and pricing Change Orders and negotiating agreement with the Client and Contractor as necessary. • Knowledgeable of vendors / suppliers and provide support for comparatives and analysis in vendor selection as needed. • Responsible for periodic analysis on the status of projects with respect to cost and review for alternative solutions to manage project budgets. • Responsible for maintaining all the documents for total compliance related to design, contractors, legal and other matters as per company standards.Requirements: • Minimum of 5 working experience • Willing to relocate • Bachelor Degree/Master Degree Holder Kindly send your CV with Photo and Degree Certificate to email add intlcontracting.me@gmail.com
