Accounts Receivable Specialist (Dubai)

Require Account Receivable Specialist for a reputed company. Job Location – Dubai Salary – AED 4000-4500Job : •Actively following – up on an assigned portfolio of accounts, •To ensure payment to terms and maximize collections in order to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. •Follow ups including calling clients, sending reminder emails to the clients, registering AR Disputes, cooperation with cash allocation for on time registration of the payment received and liaising with Legal for sending demand letters/legal notices in case client refuses to pay. •Creating and executing collection plans in co-ordination with the businesses •Focus on maintaining and developing excellent relationships with customers and resolving any queries accordingly in an efficient and effective manner •VAT Regulation knowledge & process management. •Letter of Credit- Export/ Import process •Liaison with the Banks for Bank Guarantees/L/C, Negotiation/Discounting. •Bank Reconciliation.Job Requirements: •Preferably University Graduate / Post Graduate with major in Accounts. •Min 2-4 years’ experience working in the Accounts Department. •Computer literacy with Advance Level of MS Excel.Interested candidates can email/whatsapp your CV to info@aycaglobal.com/call 056 9449565
