Must have the company background of interior fit-out & joinery.
Develop new business and/or expanding into new markets.
Responsible for developing executing the business development plan.
Conduct primary as well as secondary research to define customer needs plus generate business leads by building relationships and identifying qualifying new opportunities.
Implement strategies as well as actions that create, identify, develop qualify profitable new business opportunities that grow the business.
Develop a prioritized pipeline of opportunities
Act as a key member of the sales team..
Work closely with the assigned partner to define the top business development priorities objectives.
Create customer-focused programs to achieve desired sales results.
Develop the annual business development plan that reflects the right balance
Create the business development programs that can be easily replicated executed
Work closely with the partner to establish rock-solid measurement system for all major business development efforts
Identify best practices from the regions
Prioritize participation in partner events including forward planning scheduling
Liaise with marketing to create sales assets to be used in business development efforts
Develop customer, competitor, and also market understanding for assigned market sub-segment
Work to grow business market segment & exploit all business opportunities
Implement multi-level multi-dimensional customer contact plans
Use consultative selling techniques to better understand customer desires
Analyze customer information; developing customer hot buttons, key performance parameters, and also opportunity price-to-win
Leverage capabilities of multiple functions as well as customer access to create, identify, develop qualify opportunities
Liaise with Real Estate team to get fit out contracts to Amber Interior for the commercial deals closed by them.
