We are looking for the QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ESTIMATOR – FIT OUT – in our interior fit out company.
Job :-
• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and site measurements
• Preparation of monthly cost and value reports
• Project cost monitoring and control
. Dealing with Subcontractors and Suppliers in the same field for costing purpose
Requirements:-
Candidate should meet the below criteria as a minimum;
• Minimum 3 years Middle East Fit Out experience
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Bachelor Degree
