Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
Know hows to make working drawings, detail drawings, boq, deals with vendor’s ,subcontractors
Able to cover all the phases and aspects of of design, architecture, and coordination
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Compile project specifications
Keep within budgets and timelines
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
Job Requirements:
Creativity/artistic skills and imagination and uniqueness of his design
An eye for design, including color, and good 3D awareness
The ability to visualize concepts and explain them to others
Has interest in changing trends in design.
Excellent in using 3D’s Max/ Sketch up/CAD and any other related software in interior designing
Strong communication skills & articulate
Dynamic & flexible
Good organizational skills to ensure each project is completed on time
Can handle various projects at a time If you are qualified for this position
At least 5 years’ UAE experience in the Architecture particularly exhibitions and Interior Field
Follow architectural trends and advancements
