Job Description:
One of our clients a Pharmaceutical Company with operations in US, Europe & Japan is hiring “Manager – Project Management” for Dubai with prior experience with the US market preferably.
Responsibilities
• Provide end to end project management support to cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of NDA/ ANDA projects within specified boundaries of Cost, Quality, Time, and Scope.
• Make project plans aligned with organizational goals using provided tools
• Ability to work with a cross-functional team from Business Development, Patents, Commercial, Formulations, Organic Synthesis, Manufacturing, Clinical Research & Regulatory Affairs across multiple locations.
• Identify barriers / risks to the project’s success and work with team members to develop solutions to remove barriers. Escalate/Communicate issues to technical experts and higher management staff
• Remotely manage and lead project meetings, ensuring efficient use of meeting time and effective decisions on direction of specific projects or resolution of issue.
• Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports to team participants, stakeholders and management.
• Liaise with third parties – contract laboratories, manufacturers & suppliers where required
• Ensure appropriate initiation & closure of projects.
• Prioritize the project schedules, resources in line with the organizational goals and objectives
Knowledge and Skills
• 4-7 years of experience in project management in formulation development projects.
• M.Pharm / M.Sc and an MBA is preferred. PMP certification would be preferred.
• Communication & peoples skills in order to work across cross functional teams
