Job Description:
One of our clients a Pharmaceutical Company with operations in US, Europe & Japan is hiring “Manager – Intellectual Property / Patents” for Dubai with prior experience with the US market preferably.
Responsibilities
• Prior Art Search’s; Devising & suggesting non-infringement strategies to Organic Synthesis & Formulation teams
• Liaise with external US / EU based law firms to manage planned filing related analysis, existing litigation / settlement cases
• Prosecution analysis to identify & deter Infringement of own Intellectual property & trademarks
• Filing of applications, prosecuting, amending & maintaining patents
• Identifying key companies / competitors patents for opportunity analysis / Infringement analysis
• Work closely with Regulatory to ensure compliance during & after product filings
Knowledge and Skills:-
• Ph.D. / M.Pharma. with 7 – 10 year experience in IPR / Patents in a reputed Pharma Company
• Demonstrate key skills in Patent writing / Drafting
• Conduct IP training for team members
• Prior Art Search & Patent Prosecution experience
• Patent analysis / Infringement analysis experience
