Job Description:
– Languages: Arabic and English

Years of experience: Min. of 5 – 6 Years experience in project management with at least 4 years in similar position.
– Minimum Qualifications: MBA or BS.c in computer Science, Software Engineering , Project Management or any IT
– Management equivalent degree. Relevant Project Management e.g. Prince or PMP certified
– Short Overview of the Roles & Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage multiple development teams supporting different lines of business and central applications.
• Review functional requirements for projects and determine feasibility working with product team leads.
• Participate in project plans development, resource allocation and estimating timelines.
• Develop and record technical design to meet requirements and oversee implementation.
• Interact with Product and Quality Assurance to set priorities, resolve defects, change requests and issues.
• Collaborate with business owners to map and support their operational needs.
• Define, develop and direct development team members to provide high quality application solutions.
• Ensure team is structured to effectively deliver high quality application solutions.
• Evaluate current development staff and develop go forward organization strategy.
• Collaborate with business stake holders to align and prioritize current and future IT initiatives in supporting business objectives.
• Manage all client expectations with respect to finished product.
• Direct and manage assigned project tasks.
• Incorporate cross functional IT leadership to prioritize initiatives across work areas and effective resource planning.
• Manage and direct department P/L and Project Budgets.
• Develop practical and feasible knowledge of business processes applications.
• Forming the required team in sense of No. of consultants (Functional & Technical).
• Develop Dept strategic plans.
• Defining the required skills for ERP team.
• Perform Manpower budget.
• Assure quality level of services provided to clients.
• Assure the company/Dept objectives are met.
• Participate in quotations submitted to clients.
• Develop & manage team training plans.
Specialized Skills and competencies:
• Ability in re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
• Understanding of financial/business analysis techniques.
• Technical and business reports writing skills.
• Understanding of contracting process and terminology.
• Understanding of quality standards (pertaining to his/her section or department)
• Cost/Benefit analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of computers and IT systems
• Knowledge of KPI and score card concept
• Up-to-date on best practices and methodologies of modern and plans to improve and enhance project management processes and workflow.
• Excellent Training skills to train other project managers on the systems and tools that facilitate the project management team.
• Very good knowledge of the project management tools and latest technologies
