Job Description:
A Siebel CRM Project Manager/Consultant is required to lead a CRM Implementation. Requires proven project management and system implementation skills, the right candidate will have experience of marketing, sales and service processes with the ability to advise fellow sales and marketing professionals. The preferred candidate should have extensive functional and operational knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM with the ability to provide leadership to the project team and to influence the business users.
During the system implementation the CRM project manager will work proactively with the system integrator’s project team, the project steering committee and the end users. The key will be the ability to help shape the user’s needs ensure that these translate into the correct CRM solution.
College degree, specialized training or a minimum of 4+ years equivalent work experience as an IT Project Manager
At Least 2 year Siebel CRM Experience with proven record of multiple completed implementations which involve end to end integration.
