Job Description:
Business Analyst (Mandatory Arabic Speaking) : Analyses the operations of a departments or functional unit to develop a general systems solution to the problem. The solution will typically involve a combination of manual and automated processes. The business analyst should provide insights into an operation for an information systems analyst.
The following are the required skills:
• Minimum 5 years experience in a client facing Business/technical analysis experience Requirements analysis, process modelling.
• Systems integrator and/or enterprise systems development experience is required
• The BA Should have experience in working on requirements definition, information architecture and implementation phases of a similar business integration platforms
• Should be able to gain an understanding of business systems requirements and priorities for AACM environments and applications, and ensure that the solutions delivered meet business objectives while also being a good user experience.
• Should have a strong customer service mindset, and be able to demonstrate a high level of commitment and drive.
• Should have working experience in business process analysis and documentation.
• should have working experience in gathering requirements for manual workflows and drafting it into automated business processes, to simulate, optimize and improve it.
• should have working experience in requirements for technology transfer/adoption to AACM Business users and external entities.
• Exceptional working experience in:
– Writing and/or supervising the production of technical specifications.
– Writing and/or supervising the production of functional specifications (FSD).
– Writing and/or supervising the production of documentation, testing and implementation plans, validating compliance to quality procedures.
– Managing external build partners during the build, test, implement and deployment stages.
