HR and Admin Assistant (Sharjah)

Immediate opening for the position of HR and Admin Assistant.

The person will primarily have to work as a time keeper, which involves the following.

Fortnightly shift preparation of each department and consolidating in Time and Attendance system.

Checking each employee’s swipe In/Out and following up with respective supervisors.

Monitoring daily absenteeism and employee leave records.

Coordinating with supervisors for maintaining attendance and overtime records.
