Senior Accountant for leading Travel Agency in Umm Al Quwain (Umm Al Quwain)

Urgently looking for Senior Accountant with min 3-5 year’s experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry for leading Travel Company in Umm Al Quwain with expertise knowledge in IATA. Monitoring day to day business operations and cash flow transactions Verifying and ensuring the financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted as per the company system. Generate financial reports on a monthly basis including preparation – submission of aging analysis of receivables/payables monitored bank account. Preparing MIS reports, budget and variance analysis. Preparing financial statements – Balance Sheet, P & L, Cash Flow and coordinate for the annual audit requirement Preparing payroll, handling WPS and maintain the spreadsheets. Coordinate all departments internal in the company. Daily reporting to management. Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an accounting supervisor, chief or senior accountant Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process Expertise Knowledge & experiences with accounting software packages Advanced MS Excel Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant UAE Driving License Arabic Speaking advantage
