Job Description:
– English is a must. Arabic is preferred
– UAE Licence is required for males only for this position we would prefer a female
Roles and responsibilities:
– Knowledge of MS products (from user perspective) and PC hardware & accessories
– Strong customer service skills, verbal and written
– Deal with difficult situations in a calm manor
– Lateral thinking and experience of clients supported
– Excellent customer management skills
– Time Management skills
– People and Mentoring skills
– Adhere to appropriate work schedule
– Be timely on your arrival to work
– Timely submission of holiday requests
– Support the Injazat RDM policy at all times
– Always ensure confirmation with user on resolution before confirming case closure on all calls
– Resolve remotely where possible – avoiding on site visits unless necessary
Minimum qualifications:
– Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
– ITIL Foundation preferred
Years of relevant experience:
– 3 years hands on experience on Desktop Support
