Professional certificates are preferred.

• PMP Certified.

Short Overview of the Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct safety and security assessments utilizing appropriate methods and collaborate with clients to determine needs and develop proposals based on best practices and standards.
2. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership to coordinate all planning and integration of physical security design, solutions and services for projects.
3. Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with subordinate security professionals to properly execute project plan and task.
4. Collect and analyze data and information to make specific study regarding security and access control system specifications, including costs and completion times.
5. Provide project planning and management to insure the delivery of complex projects in a timely way to meet deadlines and maintain high level of productivity across multiple project teams.
6. Manage planning and implementation of security systems including but not limited to Security access and devices, surveillance cameras (CCTVs), GPS, tracking devices, Biometrics and IRIS, Automation and other security measures.
7. Coordinate monitoring and ensure effective operation of these systems, troubleshoot and promptly resolve issues related. This may include visiting sites and working with clients, while coordinating and insuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
8. Coordinate the development of projects to ensure compliance with standards and operational protocols as agreed with client.
9. Write a physical security design standards, plans, specifications, assessments and compliance audits within the context of client needs and requirements.
10. Develop and review required operational budget for Physical Security projects/program.
11. Prepare comprehensive budget analysis and requests with supporting documentation. Manage budget allocation and insure all budgeted projects are completed and billed accordingly.
12. Coordinate with other departments to achieve business goals and objectives.
13. Manage concerned department/unit in assigning projects or task and follow through until completion.
14. Manage and mentor subordinates to ensure compliance with project or task and provide leadership assistance to enhance and develop subordinates potential.
15. Delegates, coordinates, and reviews all work to ensure quality and the efficiency of business operation.
16. Conduct meetings to disseminate pertinent information and discuss procedures and policies.
17. Participate in the development and implementation of programs within company regarding the information systems, products, services and procedures.
18. Provide counseling, performance evaluation, training, motivation, discipline, and assign duties.
19. Coordinate with management in developing business strategic plans and operating policies.
20. Coordinate with business teams to analyze project contracts, proposals, requirements, and service level agreements.
21. Organize project status meetings with customers and team members.
22. Interact with customers to design and execute business solutions.
23. Ensure project deliverables meet highest quality standards and customer requirements.
24. Develop departmental standards and ensure that staffs adhere to these standards.
25. Provide analytical and technical assistance to project team.
26. Collaborate with management on application development, enhancement, and deployment activities.
27. Evaluate project proposals and change requests and make necessary recommendations for approval or rejection of proposals.
28. Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

• Strong knowledge and experience to demonstrate managerial/leadership skills.
• Substantial recent experience in a physical security program with project management experience developing and/or managing physical security operations (e.g., security services, security risk assessments, security technology systems, installation contractors); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience writing technical specifications for security design, budget proposals and bid specifications.
• Thorough working knowledge of security system applications, designs and installations.
• Excellent technical understanding of contemporary security systems.
• Knowledge of door access systems software and hardware including card readers and biometric readers.
• Knowledge of electronic lock systems including software and hardware.
• Knowledge of testing procedures and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to manage complex security system projects.
• Ability to identify and security exposures and recommend mitigations.
• Demonstrated track record in providing a high degree of customer service.
• Demonstrated success in supervising staff and directing contractors and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands, organize work to achieve timely progress on multiple tasks and to prioritize work to meet established timelines.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Maybe required to spend long hours at the office in addition to travelling and meeting clients at various locations, and attend public events. In this position it is required to follow all the internal and external HR, Safety, Environmental policies and procedures adopted by CLIENT.
