We are looking for experienced and talented Operations Logistics Coordinator for our firm , location Dubai.
Job :
-Receives products and coordinates delivery
-Prepares loads for shipment
-Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs
-Monitor, coordinate and control the order cycle
-Utilize data from IT systems to evaluate performance and plan improvements
-Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs
-Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers
-Takes steps to avoid quality control issues
-Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
-Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
-Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
-Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Job Skills:
-Problem-solving skills & Decision making ability
-Organisational skills,ability to prioritize
-Understanding of quality management principles
-Ability to analyse data and understand connections
-Talent for recognizing the opportunities for process improvement in those connections
-Management ability, Experience in logistics management preferred
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
-Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
