? To follow up with the Tenancy contract renewal time to time for all the buildings.
? To monitor the tenancy contract expiry date and setup notification.
? To follow up for the cheque return (Bounced Cheques).
? To cross check if they are any maintenance requirement needed for the existing clients.
• Nationality – Any Nationality
• Salary Package – AED 5,000/- (non-negotiable)
• Has UAE Driving License
