JR. Quantity Surveyor – Filipino Female (Dubai)

JR. Quantity Surveyor-FilipinoApplicant should be available in United Arab Emirates. Willing to join immediately. Minimum of three years working experience.Qualification: • Review and checking the BOQ at the starting of the work. • Prepare the eng. Measurement for the quantities of the finished works. • Prepare lists of the site needs (material, workers, technicians) • Calculate the remuneration of the subcontractors, workers, equipment’s etc. • Prepare the payment statements • Prepare the detailed reports describing the situation of the items quantities, (plus or minus the contract BOQ) • Reviewing labour schedules and comparing to progress on site • Pricing variations • Checking site progress (visit site), record progress and transfer onto monthly payment applications • Gradually working up to contractual agreements • Reviewing drawings, keeping note of any changesSend Updated CV with Photo to intlcontracting.ae@gmail.com
