-Supervising all scaffolding and access related activities on site -Plan & monitor scaffolding material inventory – Correct manpower and resource distribution to ensure jobs are completed on time with effective use of manpower and resources. – Ensuring all relevant specifications, work instructions and safety, quality & environment requirements are met. – Discipline employees. – Implement and monitor OH&S, Environment and Quality Management System. – Analyzing integrity of scaffolding and temporary works structures
