Job Responsibilities :
– Compiling and update employee records.
– Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, VISA, training, grievances & others)
– Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
– Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
– Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
– Knows how to prepare employment offer and contract
– With knowledge in travel and hotel bookings
– Other administrative ad hoc activities as assigned by immediate manager.
– All other detailed responsibilities will be explain during interview.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
– PC literacy (MS Office, in particular)
– With basic knowledge of UAE labor laws
– BS degree in Human Resources or related field
– Excellent organizational skills and with strong communications skills
– With knowledge on ERP (Quickbooks and SAP)
