Ensure all required shipping and declarations documents are complete and in order for submission. Coordination with customers, sales and freight forwarders on incoming and outgoing shipments. Schedule and arrange shipment dates with customers and sales. Coordinate with production on product deliveries. Coordinate and prepare of shipping documents such as LC, insurance, etc. Handle complaints and enquires.
