Job and Salary Bracket1. Finance Manager or Experienced Finance • Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a finance role or same field • Leadership skills and experience; • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus Background: Finance, Accounting / Auditing , Commerce Salary: Negotiable (based on experienced)2. Human Resources Officer • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. • Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records • Manages human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. • Preferably Arabic Speaker but not a must • Male Only Background: Employee relation, strong understanding of UAE Labour Law Salary: Negotiable (based on experienced)3. Design Engineer • Assure efficient preparation of detailed drawings from design drawings or sketches to schematic design and design development to construction documentation phases on assigned projects. • Prepare shop drawing and detail for Aluminium and Glass. • Coordinates with Project Managers into professionally completed documents or products • Understands and applies technical standards of the product as well as project wise. • Completes working drawings, design sketches, presentation drawings, shop drawings, diagrams, schedules and other computer generated or drafted documents as required by the project. • Preparing Technical Submittal, pre-qualification documents, method statements. • Preparing fabrication drawing, cutting list layout drawings & tag elevation for guide and reference at site and production. • Technically known how to prepare site layout and final measurement. • Prepare material take off (MTO) • Directly report to Technical Manager. Background: 5 years’ experience in Façade System Graduate of Civil or Architectural Engineering Advance experience in CAD Program and MS Office Salary: Negotiable (based on experienced)4. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QSHE) Officer • Performs reporting, risk assessments and auditing and observes all QHSE related activities and policies for the factory and sites. • Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation is complied with as per the UAE Law. • Ensure Contractors laborers on site are following safety procedures and report to HSE Manager in case of deficiency. • Previously work in the same position in Aluminium Fabricating companies Salary: Negotiable (based on experienced)
