Job and Key Responsibilities
• Building and executing social media strategy through competitive and audience research for all social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & Snapchat, LinkedIn).
• Working with the graphic design to generate, edit, publish and share daily content in English & Arabic that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actions.
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications (competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification).
• Having a proactive community management by communicating with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
• Driving new and innovative digital communications and engagement activities across e- mail, web, mobile, and social media to develop brand awareness and building meaningful connections as well as encouraging community members to take action.
• Continuously improving by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
• Managing all digital media buying plans.
• Collaborating with other departments for consistently creating and updating content, the website and social channels.
• Managing and optimizing search engine marketing campaigns to drive online exposure to “BLUEMINA” website.
• Utilizing google analytics to manage the “BLUEMINA” website traffic analytics to identify trends and opportunities to grow online business.
Skills
The Candidate we are looking for:
• Proven work experience with over 4 yearsin Social Media; both paid and organic.
• Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
• Highly organized, energetic and a social media fanatic who combines creativity.
• Proven work experience in Digital Marketing role with over4 years.
• Be a great multitasker.
• High attention to detail.
• The ability to demonstrate a passion and energy for engaging with bloggers and influencers.
• Excellent administrative multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Solid experience running social media campaigns to create engaging content and copywriting.
• Must have a strong background in handling current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices, along with vast experience in ecommerce, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Pay Per Click (PPC).
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably in media and/or marketing.
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
• MS Office proficiency.
