Job Specification

– Experience: 3 to 5 +years in FMCG or similar in UAE. Knowledge of UAE market essential
– Qualification: Graduation

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Arabic will be a plus
UAE based candidates only

Job Description:

– Identifying, developing and increasing the sales revenue marketing of products of the company
– Perform market intelligence activities covering pricing, market positioning, service development and prospect identification
– Identify good customers in the local market based on their business potential
– Devise and execute weekly customer visit plan to include new customers
– Conduct customer presentations and sales/project proposals
– Actively seek and develop new opportunities
– Drive new business growth in line with the company’s targets
– Promote sales activities by developing and concentrating on new Key Accounts
– Map developments with each customer and devise action plans
– Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information on the customers
– Prepare sales plans and reports

– Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
– Proactive and self-starter
