• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, physical facilities and the utilities/controls. • Develops preventive maintenance and ensure continuous production operations. • Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure plant and machinery are kept safe running condition • Robust knowledge of Operation and Annual Maintenance 0f Utilities (Chiller plant, Water softener- RO, Compressor, Air Conditions etc). • Capable of measuring and making sketches of parts, fitting keys, laying out center lines, Lathe operation, welding, cutting, fitting bearings, drilling, tapping and aligning holes. • Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.• Ability to improve the efficiency of the Utilities equipment. • Ability to manage projects to completion on time and within budget. • Troubleshooting and solving technical problems. • Purchase of Maintenance materials on Emergency Basis. • Report Daily activities in Log book.
