? Receive instruction & production order from Supervisor.
? Read carefully P.A. & technical data/manufacturing. Instruction and clarify any doubts if any, with the
Production Supervisor.
? Check the machine condition.
? Check the availability of raw materials, spools baskets etc…
? Produce Quality output as per product specification / work instructions / mfg. instructions.
? Ensure tooling and setup is proper as per work instruction.
? Check the product quality. Closely co ordinate with QA Inspector and provide sample for inspection as
required.
? Report to Production Supervisor for any problem related to Quality, Productivity m/c condition etc.
? Fill in production reports with relevant data.
? Provide identification tags for all spools & baskets with required information.
? Handover the machine to next shift operator.
? Obey the instructions of Production supervisor / Engineer / Manager.
? Proper house keeping on own area.
? Ensure process parameters as per W.I. & record them on P. A.
? Follow work instructions / mfg. instructions referred in P. A.
? Get approval / clearance for production of QC after first off inspection.
? Follow safety rules, instructions so that no harm to one self, colleagues & machines.
? Maintain & improve Quality Management System as per ISO 9001: 2015 & and BASEC PCR standards.
? Ensuring safety compliance to OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System
