The candidate should be based in UAE , Should be a bilingual : Arabic-English. Should have excellent English communication skills both in writing & Oral.Shaould have excellent experience in drafting of legal agreements in Banking / Real Estate/ Joint ventures/ Contracts / Mergers / All Business Deals.
