The position of Chef De Partie consists of managing the daily preparation of food items for a station or a specific area in the kitchen, maintaining stock par levels & delegating tasks to Junior Chefs.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Formal training in Culinary Arts or at least 4 years practical culinary experienceCOMPETENCIES 1. Dependability – Position requires being reliable, responsible, dependable and fulfilling obligations. 2. Self Control – Job requires maintaining composure and dealing calmly and effectively with high stress situations, accepting criticism. 3.
