Tally Clerk Required (Dubai)

POSITION: TALLY CLERKMALE/FEMALE APPLICANTS ONLYNATIONALITY: AnyKey Roles: Execute tally clerical functions to the warehousing team Check, verify and tally the correctness of merchandise or packages as against invoice documents Verify and tally loads received from clients Keep a tally with clean record of loaded shipments Must coordinate very well and keenly with the Warehouse coordinator Conduct physical count of food commodities received from warehouses and/or distribution center Coordinate with warehouse team for receipts of commodities Work closely with coordinator and distribution team leader for proper distribution planning and ensure timely delivery of planned quantity Use of tally sheets for all commodities receipts and signed by all counterparts Conducting the physical inspection of all commodities received Count commodities upon receipt and dispatch and fill in Loading/Unloading tally sheet In coordination with distribution team leader ensuring the availability of storage space before commodities are received Dispatching commodities only after receiving authorization from the respective officer Filing of all necessary documents like, tally sheets, waybills, inspection reports, receipt summaries, dispatch summaries, physical inventory worksheets in a proper way.
