Required Personal Assistant / Secretary for headmistress of a reputed education institute in Ajman.

Education: bachelors’ in business administration or equivalent.

Min. experience: 2 – 5 years.

Fluent in English.

Attentive nature and ability to track and follow up tasks given.

Report directly to manager and assistant manager on daily tasks.

Booking and tracking of appointments.

Preparing official letters and proposals.

Excellent knowledge of computer applications like MS Office is KEY.

Salary: AED 2000/ Month.

Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ajman.
Visa Provided.
