Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a native Arabic speaking Director – Healthcare Division for their client is Sharjah.This is a leadership role and we are looking for candidates who have minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in UAE in leading the healthcare division of a large group.The healthcare division will include hospitals, day surgery centers and polyclinics. Candidates must have a proven track record in introducing and implementing technology based solutions, driving business growth through innovative strategies , team performance optimization and leading from the front.Candidates without UAE experience would not qualify for this vacancy. Salary: Aed 30,000 + profit sharing.
