We are looking for an E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong passion for all things digital and analytical. person will be primarily focused on building the success of our social media and Online Sales channels as well as playing a key role in all elements of digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
-Work closely with management to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan across all digital channels to drive lead generation and inquiries
-Provide support in the planning, execution and analysis of online marketing campaigns with the aim of increasing brand reach, traffic and revenue
-Long termplanning and creating, implementing and managing all Advertising
-Detailed analysis to help maximize traffic and conversions, whilst minimizing costs of acquisition
-Test and optimizeofemail marketing campaigns and content across different digital channels
-Track and monitor all digital channels and reporting on activity and campaigns
-Social media planning and implementation across all social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
-Identify emerging digital channels and recommend best practice
-Regular tracking and reporting of all core competitor activity
-Project manage digital projects and initiatives, liaising closely with external and internal teams
-Responsible for delivering a fantastic online customer experience via the content and functionality of the company’s website to maximize engagement with the brand and conversion to sales.
-Making sure that the website functionality meets customers’ expectations and is on par with or exceeds the functionality of key competitors’ sites
– Oversee the day-to-day e-commerce operations, maintenance (website content, user requirements, user acceptance testing), and performance measurement of the company websites and microsites
– Ensure all website content is accurate, up-to-date, on-brand, optimized for SEO and drives conversion targets
-Provide pre- and post-change analysis for measuring the success of functional changes to the website. A/B testing initiatives on creative, offers, landing pages, and geo-target

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Job Skills:
– Educated to degree level
-Digital marketing experience working in a B2C environment
– experience in the e-Commerce arena
-Knowledge of design (illustrator + photoshop), websites, social media, PPC, & SEO
-Have a knowledge of Google Analytics and social media insights tools and have strong reporting and analysis capabilities
-Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and WordPress
-proven track record of managing online marketing programs.
-Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail
-Must have a positive & optimistic attitude
