Design, develop and deliver Product, Process and Behavioural / Soft Skills trainings to all Internal Stakeholders and agent partners. ? Develop Effective Trainings / Training Management System which can provide information about Trainings on-the-go. ? Develop framework to measure, gauge and improve Training Effectiveness ? Develop and enhance the training tools, process manuals as and when required. Adopt new methodologies for training including online as well as web-ex etc. ? Design content that is required for online trainings and demo ? Up-skill and remain knowledgeable of companyss products, processes, current services offerings and current industry policies and practices. ? Impart induction training to new inductees on the various policies and procedures. ? Liaise with Internal Stakeholders and Agent Partners to conduct re-training on a timely basis. ? Prepare and schedule the training calendar for the respective regions in accordance to agent partners ? Manage training Unit to achieve business continuity and domain expansion. ? Tracking, measuring and reporting performance of Training Team ? Study and identify the process change / Enhancement in the System or process
