We need Human Resource plus receptionist work
Requirements
We are looking for a talented and motivated professional, who is a team player and enjoys working in a vibrant international environment. You are keen on taking on responsibility, and you meet the following requirements:
University degree preferably from Social Sciences, Business Administration, Management
Previous experience in general HR or a proven track record of performing successfully in an administrative role
Knowledge of all MS office applications
Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential
Knowledge about Danish labor law and regulations will be helpful
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Excellent communications skills in English (both written and verbal).
Fluency in Danish is a plus
Highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and at different projects at the same time
Understanding the confidentially needed to work in HR and dealing with personal data
Your responsibilities
You will support the HR department with all tasks, such as recruitment, writing policies and procedures, new starters set-up, organization of office events, etc. You will also assist in HR/Finance related issues, checking timesheet of employees, holidays, updating systems, etc.
Your assistant will be required but not limited to the following tasks:
Updating new starters and leavers in the benefits systems
Update employees’ database regularly
Support the teams in scheduling interviews
Updating the holiday balance track
Supervising the completion of mandatory trainings
Getting monthly reports of overtime
Assist the HR Officer to meet all deadlines for the Global HR calendar with Staff appraisals, salary reviews, mentoring, and others.
Assist Finance with monthly reports, invoices and others as required
Ensure that assignees follow the correct registration and deregistration procedures at the beginning and end of assignment.
Manage temporary accommodation for assignees.
Organization of office events (Summer Party, Christmas Party, DHL Run, etc.)
