The preferred skilled candidate should have 10+ years of experience and Assistant with 4+years’ experience in construction (or) fit out (or) Maintenance field. Who have worked for LUXURY BRAND, HOSPITALITY, MAJOR PROJECTS and VILLAS.
• Required Successful completion of an apprenticeship program in relevant field.
• Must have excellent communication skills, must be self-motivated, Assertive & Hardworking.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license. (ADVANTAGE)
• Should have a Positive work attitude, adaptable & can work well under pressure as long work hours.
Painter:
Job :
We are looking for a systematic professional with 10+ year’s hands-on experience as a PAINTER. Expert in preparing, painting, polishing, coating and finishing materials made of concrete, wood, brick, and steel. Proven ability to mix, match, and blend different kinds of paints. A team-player who is eager to work with people of different backgrounds. Able to follow instructions timely and precisely.
1. Should have more than 10 years of experience in construction or fit out or maintenance field, who have worked under LUXURY, HOSPITALITY and VILLAS.
2. Should have more experience in terms of doing JOINERY paint, ALUMINUM & GLASS paint, WALLPAPER & FABRIC paint.
3. The standards, practices, methods, materials, tools and equipment used for the construction, repair and maintenance of buildings, grounds or equipment in his/her area of expertise.
4. Performs interior and exterior painting and decorating as assigned.
5. Prepares all surfaces for painting by using any of the following methods: paint removers, scrapers, wire brushes, sanders, blow torches, sand blasting, etc.
6. Fills holes, crevices and cracks and seals joints with putty, caulking and other filler.
7. Prepares and mixes paints and finishes as required.
8. Applies paints, stains, varnishes and finishes, etc. using brushes, rollers, spray equipment and applicators.
9. Installs interior wall coverings such as wallpaper, fabrics, etc.
10. Erects and disassembles scaffolding, ladders, etc. as required and works from same.
11. Orders necessary supplies and materials required for the installation of new areas and the remodeling of existing areas.
12. Proficient in adhering to safety precautions associated with using paints and thinners and physical locations
Education:
Minimum high school certificate.
Special requirements:
Possession of a valid UAE driver’s license. (ADVANTAGE)

Carpenter:
Job :
We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications. Your job will demand working in various settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products.
1. Should have more than 10 years of experience in construction or fit out or maintenance field, who have worked under LUXURY, HOSPITALITY and VILLAS.
2. Study specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required.
3. Assemble and fasten materials to make framework or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
4. Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, using woodworking machines, carpenter’s hand tools, and power tools.
5. Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level.
6. Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand and power tools.
7. Finish surfaces of woodwork or wallboard in houses and buildings, using paint, hand tools, and paneling.
8. Cover subfloors with building paper to keep out moisture and lay hardwood, parquet, and wood-strip-block floors by nailing floors to subfloor or cementing them to mastic or asphalt base.
9. Fill cracks and other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
10. Perform minor plumbing, welding and/or concrete mixing work.
11. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
12. Keep records and compiles reports of work performed by carpentry crew.
Education:
High school diploma; Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is required.
Special requirements:
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
