Female Personal Assistant for Female VIP (Dubai)

We are looking for active and energetic female Personal Assistant for our female VIP. Not office job, but assistant to daily tasks: candidate will be her right hand and accompany her all time, including while traveling if required.
It is a must for the candidate to be organised, fast learner, able to multitask and deliver in timely manner. Candidate must be actively sociable and have strong people skills as well as leadership. Some of the job roles will include:
-Ensuring all house employees are executing given tasks properly (you will be acting as Supervisor to ensure smooth operation is always ongoing in household)
-Event planning: fully capable of organizing requested events (set up, flower arrangements, food orders, entertainment, follow ups and coordination, etc.)
-Strong travel management skills: flight bookings, Visa arrangements, Hotel, car rentals, etc.
-Skilled in online purchases: knowledge of market, providing full information of delivery details and time, shipment and product clauses (return, grantees, etc.) when required.
-Research and obtain quotations.
Candidate must be fluent in English. Arabic speaker is a plus.
Strong Computer skills required.
