A Germany based company in UAE specializing in the supply, third party inspection, training and certification of persons in the field of Wire Rope and Lifting Equipment Industry is looking for below candidate:Calibration Engineer Job (Minimum 2-3 years experience in calibration field which covers equipments such as but not limited to Pressure, Temperature, Mass/Balance, Electrical, Volume, Dimensional, Force/Torque, Flow etc. ):1. Professional liaison and communication with clients in both technical and sales functions.2. Carryout calibration, generate calibration reports and certificates in a timely manner3. Oversees laboratory safety and ensures that the laboratory remains in compliance with all local and federal regulations4. Prepare and develop training plan, new staff induction, train and monitor calibration technicians and staffs in the calibration department5. Coordinate and participate in Proficiency test program / Inter Laboratory Comparison program6. Ensure consistency and accuracy is achieved within processes, records, methods and reports.7. Maintain Laboratory supplies through efficient and cost-effective stock management using approved suppliers8. Establish, review, maintain and develop Quality Management System manual, supporting procedures, Technical procedures and related documents as per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 17025:20179. Systematic and regular reviewing of Management System, carrying out internal audits, Internal Quality Control (IQC) tests as per the programmed schedule10. Respond to Customer queries in a timely and efficient manner11. Seeking opportunities for business growth with existing or potential new clients.12. Provide clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner; besides the administrative support to management of the company through conducting and organizing duties and activities including receiving and handling information.13. To demonstrate the following personal attributes: be honest and trustworthy, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be respectful, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics14.
