QUANTITY SURVEYOR, PREFERABLY FILIPINO
The qualified candidates should be as follows:
Field Background and Other Skills:
– Working experience in Joinery and Fit-out company (minimum 5 years), preferably obtained in UAE
– Strong background with Retail and F & B shops
– Knowledgeable with price build up / value determination
– Bill of Quantity Construction based on tender drawings
– Procurement advice and assistance during tendering procedures
– Assessing additional costs of design variations
– Assist in establishing Client’s requirements commercially
– Identify cost risks in the tender
– Monitor and control cost during execution of the project
– Multi-tasking skill
– Independent capacity to work on a assigned project
– Educational background : Preferably graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or technical course in Quantity Surveying
– Knowledge in using AutoCAD and MS Excel is a MUST
– Compensation will be based on working experience
