Part Time MEP Estimator/Quantity Surveyor required Urgently (Dubai)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzes specifications including sketches, blueprints, bills of material or sample layouts, and calculates costs using labor and material pricing schedules and historical data
• Computes cost estimates of raw materials or subcontracted work and labor
• Development of master budgets and cost models
• Provides conceptual estimates of projects or project components.
• Develops and maintains cost databases.
• Reviews and comments on estimates provided by others.
• Provides independent estimates of change orders.
• Develop pre-construction cost estimates.
KEY SKILLS
• Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Financial and commercial awareness.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum 5-7 years of MEP work experience in Construction Company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
