Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved Construction drawings, Contract documents, Project Specifications and all applicable standards as per International Standards and Local Authorities Standards. ? Submit site daily reports ,inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on a regular basis or as required. ? Liaise with Purchase for timely indent of materials and deliveries. ? ? Indenting of materials for the project requirements. ? Coordinating with Main Contractor, Consultants and Client’s managers. ? Ensuring all safety regulations are followed by technicians and supervisors. ? Ensure all documents are prepared, checked and signed by concern persons. ? Motivating and Upgrading supervisors & technicians for better standards and quality of works. ? Review of Technical issues. ? Any other related job as assigned by superiors.Please note that this requirement is for a time period of 0.6 -1 year
