ARAB NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGERS (Abu Dhabi)

Minimum Qualification, Requirements and General Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience, MBA degree or similar Master’s degree a plus.
? A minimum of 10-15 years of business experience, specific experience working at or with an automobile marketing agency.
? Only Arabic Nationals required.
? Candidate should and must be well versed in Arabic & English languages. Excellent writing/presentation skills and comfortable speaking and presenting to partners.
? Extensive experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
? Experience in supporting marketing activities with a focus on experiential and/or digital/mobile programs. Background in creative development process including, working with graphic artists, writing creative briefs, story boarding, writing/editing copy and proofing.
? Experience with developing and executing across all aspects of a partner-led business, including engagement with product development and launch, marketing, channel program execution.
? Strong analytical and project management skills.
? Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to respond effectively to partner needs across multiple time zones.
? Ability to skillfully interact with and influence colleagues and effectively communicate at all organizational levels (internally and externally).
? Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
? Excellent business planning, analysis skills, time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
