QUALIFICATION : B.TECH ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
CERTIFICATE MUST BE ATTESTED FROM SAUDI EMBASSY AND HOME COUNTRY
SALARY BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Conduct environmental audits of oil and gas construction projects around the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Support to and co-ordination of the delivery of EIA for a range of complex projects, focusing on large-scale national and international infrastructure and engineering projects.
Working as part of a wider team including interaction and liaison with design team members, technical specialists (Air Quality, Noise and Vibration, Ecology, Waste Management, Water Quality / Management, Climate Change, etc) and Project Managers to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects.
Undertaking site based studies / surveys, data interpretation, as well as desk based assessment and reporting.
Undertaking research and applying creative and logical thinking to find, evaluate and implement innovative approaches/ solutions to projects.
Provide client advice and support on technical matters relating to EIA, Permits, environmental management plans and the environment in general.
Training and Experience:
Essential:
You will hold an environmental science or engineering degree or equivalent. We will also expect:
Proven experience and a broad knowledge and understanding of the principles of environmental management systems.
Experience of conducting site audits to evaluate compliance with legal frameworks and project specific requirements.
Experience working on EIAs, Strategic Environmental Assessments (SEAs), including preparation of assessment chapters and supporting the co-ordination of reports, or equivalent transferrable experience.
Strong attention to detail, an ability to apply knowledge to a range of technical situations, and adaptable with the ability to work on a range of projects and proposals.
Strong organisational, numeric and data analysis skills.
Excellent written and oral communication, with demonstrable ability in report writing.
Fluency in written and spoken English, and computer literacy.
Full driving licence.
