We are in need of Civil Engineer who got 3 years of experience in building construction. Role will be: To bid, build, deliver quality construction projects on time, budget and high quality. Perform basic site survey, and produce technical statement of requirements of the civil design scope. Works on drawings and sketches. Estimate quantities and cost of material, Equipment or labor. Prepare request for proposal bid, review contract bid, and proposal
