Accountant(Temporary for 3 Months-Chances to be permanent based on performance) (Abu Dhabi)

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Strong Knowledge in accounting Software – Tally ERP
• Manage and carry out day to day bookkeeping duties.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers
• Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed and reported
• Create systems to prevent errors in data closely to check for discrepancies
• Suppliers / Customers reconciliations and payment review, prepare payment run to supplies as per the Cash flow
• Allocate payment received from Customers against sales invoice
• Reconcile payment received from customer with factoring bank
• Bank reconciliation with different Bank Accounts
• Oversee all company accounts and investment
• Knowledge of UAE VAT system
• Prepare monthly financial reports and Payroll and utilities
• Solid knowledge of accounting record and reconciliation with operational department Revenue and Cost of sales
