Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information. Processes reservations by mail, telephone, and personal conversation. Ensure all reservation enquires are professionally, and promptly handled. To ensure that all reservations are recorded with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system. Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
