Customer Service Center Coordinator is the Primary contact between the customer/Channel Partners and Service Support Team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Ensuring all customer’s calls answered in less than 10 seconds
Handling customer complaints/inquiries and do the proper follow-up to insure a fast resolution
Creating Jobs orders divert them to the respective team to provide timely support and to follow up on progress of system status.
Ensuring immediate action on all requests
Checking parts availability, price, to eliminate any delay in delivery
Align and support service sales team with quotations by providing Parts costs and availability of stock to meet sales targets
This customer service center coordinator serves as the primary contact between the customer and Service Support • Participates in the daily operations of the call center
• Receiving calls from Technicians and then dispatching engineers to fix and repair the equipment as necessary • Updating database via calls, emails, Ensuring immediate action on all requests
Prior demonstrated experience working in a Customer service role
• Good Computer Skills • Knowledge of parts ordering System • Ability to Work independently with minimum direction • Effective communication skills • Typing skills • Strong Interpersonal Skills • Fluent in English Language required • Team player • MS Office proficiency • Demonstrated understanding of the product area as it relates to the customer segment • Demonstrated analytical thinking/problem solving ability • Ability to think clearly and quickly and empathize in high-pressure situations • • Preferred Qualifications: • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to work independently • Strong problem solving skills • fluent English is a must
